Most artistic of the objects - bottom has the triquetra scrolls. Art of design introduced to Britain not later than 2 BC. Asymmetrical - no true centre to the design.

Not a neck ornament - has holes for studs. Maybe nailed to the dashboard of the chariot, so that the chariot pole passed through it. |
